Angelica Pinto
Angelica Pinto understands that the most important purchase you will likely make during your
lifetime is a home. It is very common to feel stressed and uncomfortable when committing to
such a large investment, especially if you are a first-time home buyer. With a background in
marketing and communications and a warm, friendly personality, Angelica enjoys making the
home buying process as stress-free and comfortable as possible.

No stranger to major life changes, Angelica knows the importance of taking things one step at a
time. Angelica grew up in Colombia and earned an Honours B.A. from the Pontifical Xaverian University in Marketing
and Corporate Communications.
It was in Bogota, Colombia that her real estate career began as a relocation specialist in 2010.
After meeting and marrying her best friend and partner, Aron, Angelica left her life in South
America for a cooler climate. While scary at the time, she believes moving to Canada with Aron
is the best decision she’s ever made, and has come to love the Waterloo Region every bit as
much as he does.
Aron Pinto
Aron lives, breathes, and loves Waterloo Region real estate. A native Canadian, Aron graduated
from the University of Waterloo in 2003 and spent the first ten years of his career in the tech
sector.
Working for BlackBerry during its golden era, he quickly rose through the ranks and was
ultimately in charge of corporate sales for thirteen countries.

After leaving the technology arena, Aron built a local construction franchise from the ground up, turning it into a relevant competitor in the industry with seven-figure service revenues. He sold the company and now spends 100% of his time as an agent with the respected EXP Realty organization, focusing on Waterloo Region real estate.
Aron’s stellar negotiation skills,
combined with his business sense, extreme tech savviness, and charismatic personality,
translate perfectly into the world of real estate.
